Chicken Oats Burger, a healthy party snack or an evening snack or a tiffin lunch loaded with iron and fiber.
Take a bowl and add boiled and shredded chicken, boiled and chopped potato, 1 tbsp oats flour,1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp garam masala ,1/4th tsp jeera powder and 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Add water to the mixture mix well and make a patty.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil and place the patty.
Cook from both side till it turns golden brown.
Place burger bun and cut it into half.
Apply 1 tsp tomato ketchup on one side and 2 tsp mayonnaise on the other.
Add 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices 1 lettuce leaf and place the patty.
Close the bun and cut it into half and serve.
