In a blender, add 50 gm chicken, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ghee and 1/4th tsp garam masala
Blend all the ingredients well.
Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying
Form the chicken blend into 2 uniform tikkis.
Coat the tikkis with seasoned egg and breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown on all sides
Pat the tikkis to remove excess oil.
