Chicken Nuggets Recipe

This popular fast food recipe is the perfect dish for a midday snack for children.

Nutritional info

  • In a blender, add 50 gm chicken, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ghee and 1/4th tsp garam masala

  • Blend all the ingredients well.

  • Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying

  • Form the chicken blend into 2 uniform tikkis.

  • Coat the tikkis with seasoned egg and breadcrumbs.

  • Deep fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown on all sides

  • Pat the tikkis to remove excess oil.

  • Serve hot.
