An all time favorite dish from the Indian Chinese cuisine is the combination of noodles with manchurian. Nutritious, packed with vegetables and appetizing to the tongue makes a complete meal.
Heat 1 tsp oil
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste and saute it well.
Add chicken, stir it and let it cook.
Add 1/4th cup chopped spring onion, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it well
Add the cooked noodles
Mix it well
For Vegetable Gravy
Add 1/2 tsp oil in a pan
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 broccoli florets, 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum and saute it well
Add 1/4th tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and enough water
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour slurry
Stir it continuously
Add 1/4th tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp grated ginger
Stir it well
Serve it hot with chicken noodles
