  • For Noodles

    Heat 1 tsp oil

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste and saute it well.

  • Add chicken, stir it and let it cook.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped spring onion, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix it well

  • Add the cooked noodles

  • Mix it well

  • For Vegetable Gravy

    Add 1/2 tsp oil in a pan

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 broccoli florets, 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum and saute it well

  • Add 1/4th tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and enough water

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp corn flour slurry

  • Stir it continuously

  • Add 1/4th tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp grated ginger

  • Stir it well

  • Serve it hot with chicken noodles
