Chicken Nizami Recipe

A mouthwatering, flavourful Chicken Nizami recipe made with aromatic spices, nutty almond and cashew paste and the goodness of chicken is a must-try starter or appetizer to be served with rotis or rice.

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Take 10 Almond & 10 Cashewnut Make Smooth Paste

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai.

  • add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn slight brown

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp Haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mx Well, and Allow to cook for a while.

  • Add 50 gm minced chicken and mix well.

  • Add prepared Almond & Cashewnut Paste and sufficient water to adjust consistency.

  • Cover with a lid and cook until chicken gets dry.

  • Finally, garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
