Take 10 Almond & 10 Cashewnut Make Smooth Paste
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai.
add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn slight brown
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp Haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, and 1/4 tsp salt. Mx Well, and Allow to cook for a while.
Add 50 gm minced chicken and mix well.
Add prepared Almond & Cashewnut Paste and sufficient water to adjust consistency.
Cover with a lid and cook until chicken gets dry.
Finally, garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
