- Step 1 To prepare a marinade, add 3 tbsp thick Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, salt as per taste and whisk it well till smooth.
- Step 2 Add 100 gm diced chicken, 1/8 cup diced tomato, 1/4 cup diced mushroom,1/4 cup diced onion, and 1 small bowl each of diced green & yellow capsicum, mix and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Step 3 Arrange chicken and vegetables alternatively on skewers.
- Step 4 Grease the nonstick grill pan with oil.
- Step 5 Place skewers and grill them from all sides until golden brown or slightly charred.
- Step 6 Remove in a serving plate and squeeze some lime juice on the top.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle twist by garnishing with white sesame seeds.
