200 Ml(200.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Cup(13.0 gm) Penne Pasta
1/8 Shredded Cup(17.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1/4 Diced Cup(43.0 gm) Tomato
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Green Zucchini
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp olive oil add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green zucchini, 1 tbsp chopped french beans and 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum.

  • Saute well

  • Now, add 1/4th cup diced tomato, 1/4th tsp oregano, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder.

  • Mix well.

  • Add water, 1/8th cup penne pasta, 1/8th cup shredded chicken.

  • Cover and cook until pasta is cooked.

  • Serve Hot.
