For Saute Vegetables
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup chopped onion and 1/8 cup chopped carrot and saute it well.

For Meatloaf
- Step 1 Soak 1/2 a bread with 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and then squeeze the excess Nestlé A+ Milk from bread.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/2 cup minced chicken, and soaked bread and combine well.
- Step 3 Add sauteed vegetables,1/4 tsp oregano,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,1/4 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 of an egg white and combine all together well.
- Step 4 Take a mould and grease with 1/4 tsp oil and add chicken mixture, Spread it and cover with foil paper.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black olives.
- Step 6 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 3040 minutes and serve.
