This dish is made with delicious juicy chicken meatballs in pasta filled with protein and iron. Serve this one meal dish with some garlic bread and enjoy!
In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup minced chicken,1 tsp chopped garlic,1 tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp cayenne pepper,2 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,2 tbsp bread crumb,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well all ingredient.
Take a small portion and make a ball.
In a kadai heat oil and deep fry balls till golden in color.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup chopped onion, and saute well.
Add prepared tomato puree,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp haldi,1 tbsp tomato ketchup,1/4th tsp oregano
, mix well and cook for some time or bring to a boil.
Add fried meatballs , mix well and cook for a minute.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter add 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute it.
Add 1 cup boiled spaghetti,1/2 tsp chilli flakes,1/2 tsp oregano,1 tsp chopped parsley, and mix well.
Remove spaghetti in a plate and meatball on top of the spaghetti.
