- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil. Add 1/4 tsp of jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp of chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp of chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes. Add 1/2 tsp of gingergarlic paste,1/4 tsp of chili powder, 1/4 tsp of haldi, 1/4 tsp of garam masala and 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Step 3 Add 50 gm of chicken pieces and coat them well in the spices. Add sufficient water to adjust the consistency, stir and allow to cook through.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Garnish with 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or
