1/2 Small Glass(110.0 ml) Unsalted Buttermilk
1/2 Half(100.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Cup(28.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(0.45 gm) Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Dry Ginger
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic Paste
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.37 gm) Parsley
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/2 glass buttermilk,1/2 tsp chopped parsley,1/4th tsp garlic paste,1/4th tsp ginger powder,1/4th tsp cayenne pepper and mix it well.

  • Take a marinated breast then coat with buttermilk mixture and 1/4th cup bread crumb.

  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry coated chicken till golden in color.

  • Serve Hot.
