Melt 1 tsp butter in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1/2 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 50gm of chicken and sauté.
Once the chicken is slightly browned, add 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped capsicum green, 1 tbsp chopped mushroom, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and sauté.
Along with the required amount of water, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1.5 tsp soya sauce, previously dissolved 1 tsp cornflour in water and 1/2 a whisked egg.
Stirring continuously, bring the soup to a boil and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.
Serve hot.
