Chicken Malai Kebab Recipe

Chicken malai kebabs are basically creamy chicken skewers. A simple, easy and effortless recipe which belongs to Mughlai cuisine. The marination brings a silky texture to the dish with delicious flavor of chicken.

2 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Cream

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Corn Flour

2 Tsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Nutmeg (Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • Add the chicken to a mixing bowl.

  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder, 1 tsp corn flour, 2 tbsp cream, and 2 tsp lemon juice.

  • Marinate the chicken with all the added spices and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  • Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.

  • Now, add marinated chicken pieces to the oil and shallow fry the pieces evenly.

  • Crush 1/8th tsp, black pepper, in the chicken and serve hot.
