Chicken malai kebabs are basically creamy chicken skewers. A simple, easy and effortless recipe which belongs to Mughlai cuisine. The marination brings a silky texture to the dish with delicious flavor of chicken.
Add the chicken to a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, 1 tsp corn flour, 2 tbsp cream, and 2 tsp lemon juice.
Marinate the chicken with all the added spices and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.
Now, add marinated chicken pieces to the oil and shallow fry the pieces evenly.
Crush 1/8 tsp, black pepper, in the chicken and serve hot.
