80.0 Gm(80.0 gm) Chicken, Breast

3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Rice

1/2 Julienne Cup(58.0 gm) Onion

1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

2.0 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Pudina

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves

1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves

1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger

1.0 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

5.0 Number(4.0 gm) Raisin

4.0 Number(5.0 gm) Cashewnut

2.0 Number(0.46 gm) Green Elaichi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1.0 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee

100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tbsp ghee.
Add 2 green elaichi, 4 Cashewnuts, 5 raisins, 1/2th cup julienne onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi and 1/4th tsp grated ginger. Saute well.
Then add 2 tbsp chopped pudina and 50 gm chicken. Saute well.
Cover and cook for a while.
Then add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and stir.
Add cooked rice and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Stir and Serve hot.
