This is the delicious classic biryani from the northern parts of Kerala, rich in protein and the perfect recipe to spice up your week.
Cook 2 tbsp rice and keep aside.
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tbsp ghee.
Add 2 green elaichi, 4 Cashewnuts, 5 raisins, 1/2th cup julienne onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi and 1/4th tsp grated ginger. Saute well.
Then add 2 tbsp chopped pudina and 50 gm chicken. Saute well.
Cover and cook for a while.
Then add 1/4th cup curd and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and stir.
Add cooked rice and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Stir and Serve hot.
