- Step 1 Take a kadhai and heat 1 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2 Add 2 green elaichi, 4 cashewnuts, 5 raisins, 1/2 cup julienne onion, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp grated ginger. Saute well.
- Step 3 Then add 2 tbsp chopped pudina and 80 gm chicken. Saute well.
- Step 4 Cover and cook for a while.
- Step 5 Then add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.
- Step 6 Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and stir.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Add cooked rice and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9 Stir and serve hot.
