Chicken Macroni (White Sauce) Recipe

Chicken macaroni (white sauce) is an irresistible, delectable dish that requires macroni, cheese, and potent herbs and spices in cooking and is quite simple to prepare. The macaroni contains carbohydrates, which are a major source of fuel for the body.

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Cup(26.0 gm) Macaroni
1.0 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Garlic Paste
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Take 1/4th cup macaroni, boil it, preserve the water and keep aside.

  • Take 50gm chicken, boil, shred and keep aside.

  • Take a frying pan at a low flame, melt 1 tbsp butter and add 1 tbsp maida.

  • Mixing continuously pour in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp grated cheese.

  • Add 50 gm of previously shredded chicken and mix well.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and add previously boiled macaroni.

  • Pour in a little pasta water and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.

  • Garnish with red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

  • Serve fresh and hot.
