Chicken macaroni is a delicious dish that’s quite simple to prepare. The macaroni provides carbohydrates which serve as a major source of fuel for the body.
Take 1/4th cup macaroni, boil it, preserve the water and keep aside.
Take 50gm chicken, boil, shred and keep aside.
Take a frying pan at a low flame, melt 1 tbsp butter and add 1 tbsp maida.
Mixing continuously pour in 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
Add 50 gm of previously shredded chicken and mix well.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed and add previously boiled macaroni.
Pour in a little pasta water and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish with red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
Serve fresh and hot.
