- Step 1 Boil 1/4 cup macaroni, strain and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute till it turns golden brown,1 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot and saute.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 4 Add 50g chopped chicken and saute again till it turns golden brown.
- Step 5 Now add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk while stirring slowly, add 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp oregano and cornflour slurry.
- Step 6 Add water as required to adjust the consistency of the soup.
- Step 7 Mix properly, cover and cook till the chicken is done.
- Step 8 Add boiled macaroni, mix well and serve hot.
