Steps
- Step 1 For ChickenIn a mixing bowl add 60 gm diced chicken,1 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp sesame oil,1/4th tsp rice vinegar,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp cornflour,1/2 tsp oyster sauce and mix it well
- Step 2 For Brown RiceIn a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger and saute it till fragrant
- Step 3 Add into the soaked marinated brown rice and saute
- Step 4 Take a mold to add into the chicken mixture, rice mixture, little water
- Step 5 Boil water in a steamer and place a mold
- Step 6 Steam it till done and serve
