- Step 1 To make the dressing, in a bowl mix the hung Nestlé A+ Curd with 2 tsp mustard sauce, 1/2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder. Mix well.
- Step 2 In another bowl, add the 1/3 cup boiled shredded chicken, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 ½ tbsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped purple cabbage, 1 ½ tbsp boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding green olives.
- Step 4 Drizzle the dressing and give it a good toss.
- Step 5 Place 2 lettuce leaves and add the chicken and vegetable mixture on top of each leaf.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp sunflower seeds.
- Step 7 Serve
