- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee. Add whole spices like 2 green elaichis, 2 black
- Step 2 pepper corns, and 1/2 a stick of cinnamon and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp jeera, marinated chicken, prepared fried onion paste and the nut
- Step 4 paste. Season it with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Add pureed tomato and mix it well. Stir in 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/8 tsp of
- Step 7 turmeric, and water as needed to achieve the desired consistency and mix again.
- Step 8 Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the chicken is tender.
- Step 9 Serve hot with rice.
