- Step 1
To make kofta, take a mixing bowl to add 1/4th cup minced chicken.
- Step 2
Further, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp garam masala powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp besan, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and mix these with hand.

Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and mix again using a spoon.

Use the batter to make small balls of raw kofta and keep aside.

Take a frying pan and heat oil for frying.
- Step 6
Deep fry previously prepared kofta.
- Step 7
Once they are golden brown, remove and keep aside.

To make the curry, heat 1.5 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame.

Add 1/4th tsp jeera, previously made onion paste, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté.

Pour in previously made tomato puree, sprinkle 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

Pour in a little water to obtain the desired consistency, mix and allow it to cook.

Once it is simmering, add 1/4th tsp garam masala and put in the previously fried kofta.
- Step 13
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 14
Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
