  • To make kofta, take a mixing bowl to add 1/4th cup minced chicken.

  • Further, add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp garam masala powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp besan, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and mix these with hand.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and mix again using a spoon.

  • Use the batter to make small balls of raw kofta and keep aside.

  • Take a frying pan and heat oil for frying.

  • Deep fry previously prepared kofta.

  • Once they are golden brown, remove and keep aside.

  • To make the curry, heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, previously made onion paste, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté.

  • Pour in previously made tomato puree, sprinkle 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Pour in a little water to obtain the desired consistency, mix and allow it to cook.

  • Once it is simmering, add 1/4th tsp garam masala and put in the previously fried kofta.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
