- Step 1 To make the kofta, take a mixing bowl and add 1/4 cup minced chicken.
- Step 2 Next, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp besan, and 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Ensuring all the ingredients are evenly distributed, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and
- Step 4 mix again using a spoon.
- Step 5 Use the mixture to shape small balls of raw kofta and set them aside.
- Step 6 In a frying pan, heat oil for frying.
- Step 7 Deep fry the prepared kofta until they are golden brown, then remove and set aside.
- Step 8 To make the curry, heat 1.5 tsp oil in a frying pan over low flame.
- Step 9 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, the previously made onion paste, and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, then saute.
- Step 10 Pour in the prepared tomato puree, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 11 Add a little water to achieve the desired consistency, mix and allow it to cook.
- Step 12 Once it is simmering, add 1/4 tsp garam masala and place in the previously fried
- Step 13 kofta.
- Step 14 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well, and transfer to a serving
- Step 15 bowl.
- Step 16 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 17 Serve hot with rice or chapati.
