Kheema Paratha is an Indian flat bread where spicy and flavourful minced chicken mixture is stuffed into the dough and then rolled to make a delicious paratha. Kheema is also a source of vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, that is good for vision and potassium that helps regulate blood pressure.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it till golden brown
Add 50 gm minced chicken, 1/4th ginger garlic paste, 1/4th garam masala, 1/4th red chilly powder, 1/8th haldi, 1/8th salt and mix it
Add enough water, cover and cook till the minced chicken is done.
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and keep it aside to cool.
For the paratha
In 2 tbsp jowar flour add 2 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8th tsp salt and enough add water to knead it into a dough
Roll out on a rolling pin
Add the minced chicken mixture and seal the paratha.
Roll the paratha again.
Roast on a frying pan on both the sides
Apply 1 tsp ghee
Serve it hot with the chutney
For the chutney
In a blender, add 1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp groundnut , 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt
Grind theses till a smooth paste
Add enough water to make the chutney
