For mixture
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tbsp chopped onion and
- Step 2 saute till golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup minced chicken, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, salt as
- Step 5 per taste.
- Step 6 Add water and give it a quick mix.
- Step 7 Close the lid and allow to cook till the raw smell goes off and meat is tender.
- Step 8 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.

- Step 1 In 3 tbsp wheat flour, salt as per taste, add water as required and knead
- Step 2 into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Roll out using a rolling pin & put the mixture on one side of the circular sheet & cover it with the rest of the sheet. Seal
- Step 4 Oil Brush with 1tsp & roast for 1520 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
