Heat 1 tsp oil in a Pan add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp salt, and sate till onion is translucent.
Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 cup minced chicken,1 tsp coriander leaves and saute well.
Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup Maida, 1 tbsp Suji, 1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp Ghee, and water as required.
Knead the mixture into a soft dough.
Take a portion of dough, roll it out and add the prepared mixture into it.
Bring both the edges together and seal the Gujiya.
In another heated kadai add 2 tbsp oil and deep fry these Gujiya.
Tasty Gujiya is ready.
