1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.2 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Minced Cup(33.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
25 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji
1/2 Cup(64.0 gm) Maida
  • For Filling

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a Pan add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped onion,1/4 tsp salt, and sate till onion is translucent.

  • Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 cup minced chicken,1 tsp coriander leaves and saute well.

  • Cover and cook till chicken is tender.

  • Keep aside

  • For Dough

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup Maida, 1 tbsp Suji, 1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp Ghee, and water as required.

  • Knead the mixture into a soft dough.

  • For Gujiya

    Take a portion of dough, roll it out and add the prepared mixture into it.

  • Bring both the edges together and seal the Gujiya.

  • In another heated kadai add 2 tbsp oil and deep fry these Gujiya.

  • Tasty Gujiya is ready.
