- Step 1 In a mixer, add 75g chicken, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 garlic cloves, 4 ginger slices, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 egg and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Blend all the ingredients well and form 4 round and flat uniform tikkis.
- Step 4 Once the tikka are made, heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 5 Shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 6 Remove any excess oil.
- Step 7 Serve hot with sauce.
