Chicken kasha is a delicious chicken curry made with spicy diced chicken and other aromatic ingredients, making it a perfect lunch/dinner option. In addition, it is a rich source of protein and micronutrients.

In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp sugar and stir till sugar dissolves
Now, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 100 gm chicken, water and mix well.
Now, add 1/8th cup boiled diced potato and cook well.
