Chicken kasha is a chicken curry rich in protein and micronutrients.
In a kadhai, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp sugar and stir till sugar dissolves
Now, add 1/2 cup chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 50 gm chicken, water and mix well.
Now, add 1/8th cup boiled diced potato and cook well.
