Steps
- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp sugar and stir till sugar dissolvesNow, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Step 2 Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 100 gm chicken, water and mix well
- Step 3 Now, add 1/8th cup boiled diced potato and cook well
- Step 4 Serve Hot
