Chicken Kasha Recipe

0.13 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp sugar and stir till sugar dissolves

  • Now, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 100 gm chicken, water and mix well.

  • Now, add 1/8th cup boiled diced potato and cook well.

  • Serve Hot
