Chicken Fry Recipe

50 Gm(50.0 gm) Chicken, Breast

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
ingredients
1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garam Masala
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

For Frying(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a Bowl Add Chicken add 1/2 tbsp Cornflour and 1/4 tsp Red Chilly Powder

  • Add 1/4th tsp Haldi and 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, add 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, Add 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice and 2 tsp Garam Masala (Nestle twist) Mix Well and add 1/4th tsp salt.

  • In a kadai, heat oil for deep frying.

  • Fry it till it turns brown & Serve Hot.
