Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Wash and cook 2 tbsp basmati rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
Take a thick bottom pot and heat 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.
- Step 4
Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and saute well
- Step 5
Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Once mixed, add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder,boiled shredded chicken and mix again.
- Step 7
Give a nestle twist by garnishing with sunflower seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
