Wash and cook 2 tbsp basmati rice and keep aside.
Take a thick bottom pot and heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/4th cup diced green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.
Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and saute well
Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well.
Once mixed, add 3 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 bowl boiled shredded chicken and mix again.
Serve hot.
