Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Rice
1/3 Shredded Cup(46.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Carrot
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) French Beans
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Vinegar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • Wash and cook 2 tbsp basmati rice and keep aside.

  • Take a thick bottom pot and heat 1 tbsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and saute well

  • Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Once mixed, add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 cup shredded chicken and mix again.

  • Serve hot.
