- Step 1 In a grinder add 1/4 soaked chickpeas, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp cooked shredded chicken,1 garlic clove,1/2 green chili,1/8 tsp coriander powder,1/8 tsp jeera powder,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Transfer mixture in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 tbsp besan. Mix it well.
- Step 4 Make a patty then coat with 1 tbsp bread crumb and shallow fry in 1 tsp oil till golden in color.
- Step 5 Cut 1 burger bun in half then spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on each bun slice.
- Step 6 Place falafel patty,1 lettuce leaf, 2 onion slice, 2 tomato slices on one burger slice.
- Step 7 Cover with another slice of burger.
- Step 8 Serve
