1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.2 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Number(0.5 gm) Green Chilli
1 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Shredded Tbsp(11.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1.5 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
2 Chopped Tbsp(7.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Cup(51.0 gm) Chole
In a grinder add soaked chickpeas,2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1.5 tbsp chopped onion, cooked shredded chicken,1 no. garlic clove,1/2 no. green chili,1/8th tsp coriander powder,1/8th tsp cumin powder,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp salt and grind it in a smooth paste.
Transfer mixture in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 tbsp Bengal gram flour. Mix it well.
Make small balls and deep fry in heated oil till golden in color.
Serve hot.
