- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add into the 1/8 tbsp garlic paste, and 1/4 cup shredded chicken and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add the 1.5 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, fajita spice,1/8 tsp salt, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4 To make pattice, in a bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour,3/4 tsp oil,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5 Add water as required and knead into the dough. Roll out dough into square shape.
- Step 6 Apply wheat flour paste on the sides of the sheet and add chicken fajita in the
- Step 7 center.Fold it, seal from the sides and place them in preheated oven. Brush with 2 tsp oil
- Step 8 on top of the each pattice.
- Step 9 Bake in preheated oven for 1520 minutes until golden in color.
- Step 10 Serve hot.
