  • For Chicken Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil,add into the 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/4th tsp minced chicken and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix it and cook it well.

  • For Sauce

    In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp tahini,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar,1 tsp red chilli flakes,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and mix it well

  • Add into the boiled rice noodles and minced chicken mixture.Combine all together well.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve.
