Chicken is a food that is eaten routinely, and chicken legs’ juicy dark meat works well in a variety of dishes. Chicken legs make healthy additions to your diet, too, providing minerals and vitamins your cells require to function.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai
Add in 6 no. Black pepper, 1/4th tsp jeera
Fry 1/4th cup chopped onion till light brown, once it starts turning brown add 1/4th cup chopped tomato and coconut paste. Mix together and allow to cook.
Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt and saute well
Add 50 gm chicken pieces and mix it well with masala, once the chicken is partially cooked, adjust consistency by adding sufficient water
Mix well and cover with lid to cook completely. Finally, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and chapatis.
