- Step 1 Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1/2 tsp jeera.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped onion and fry it till light brown. Once it starts turning brown, add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and coconut paste. Mix together and allow it to cook.
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 4 Add 75 gm chicken pieces and mix it well. Once the chicken is partially cooked, adjust consistency by adding sufficient water.
- Step 5 Mix well and cover with lid to cook completely.
- Step 6 Garnish it 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Serve hot with rice and chapatis.
