- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2 Add 2 black pepper corns, 1/8 tsp jeera.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute till light brown, once it starts turning brown add 1/4 cup chopped tomato and cook.
- Step 4 Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 5 Add 100g diced chicken pieces and mix it well with the masala. Once the chicken is partially cooked, adjust consistency by adding sufficient water.
- Step 6 Mix well and cover with lid to cook completely. Finally, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Serve hot with rice and chapatis.
