Chicken Crispy Recipe

Chicken crispy is a flavourful Chinese appetizer that is perfectly fried until crisp and garnished with lemon twists and coriander making it a nutritious, crunchy and mouth-watering dish that is loved by all. Serve it along with ketchup or schezwan.

70.0 Gm(70.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
2.0 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
  • Take 70 gms of chicken and cut into pieces.

  • Now, marinate the chicken with, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Coat the chicken well in spices.

  • In a deep kadai, heat oil for deep frying, make sure the oil should not burn.

  • Slowly, add marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.

  • Deepfry over a medium flame, till the chicken is tender.

  • Serve garnished with lemon twists and coriander leaves.
