Take 70 gms of chicken and cut into pieces.
Now, marinate the chicken with, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.
Coat the chicken well in spices.
In a deep kadai, heat oil for deep frying, make sure the oil should not burn.
Slowly, add marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.
Deepfry over a medium flame, till the chicken is tender.
Serve garnished with lemon twists and coriander leaves.
