For Frying(8.0 ml) Oil
  • Take 70 gms of chicken and cut into pieces.

  • Now, marinate the chicken with, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Coat the chicken well in spices.

  • In a deep kadai, heat oil for deep frying, make sure the oil should not burn.

  • Slowly, add marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.

  • Deepfry over a medium flame, till the chicken is tender.

  • Serve garnished with lemon twists and coriander leaves.
