Chowmein is a traditional Chinese recipe that combines sauteed noodles with vegetables or meat. It provides an excellent source of protein and micronutrients and is loved by all.

Heat a kadhai and add 2 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 11 no. Carrot slices, 1/8th cup julienne capsicum and saute well.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, and turn the heat to its lowest.
Add boiled chicken and, 1 tsp soya sauce.
Add boiled noodles and toss well. Then add 2 tsp chopped spring onion in it and switch off the heat.
Crush 1/8th tsp black pepper and give it a final toss.
