Chicken Chowmein Recipe

Chowmein is a traditional Chinese recipe which contains stir fried noodles with vegetables or meat. Chicken chowmein noodles provides you a high amount of protein and micronutrients.

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.31 gm) Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

  • Heat a kadhai and add 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 11 no. Carrot slices, 1/8th cup julienne capsicum and saute well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, and turn the heat to its lowest.

  • Add boiled chicken and, 1 tsp soya sauce.

  • Add boiled noodles and toss well. Then add 2 tsp chopped spring onion in it and switch off the heat.

  • Crush 1/8th tsp black pepper and give it a final toss.

  • Serve hot.
