Chicken Potato Chop Recipe

For Frying(16.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato.

  • To this, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 3/4th cup boiled shredded chicken, and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.

  • Mash everything together and add the remaining spices, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder, and 1/8th tsp red chilly powder

  • Mix and mash again.

  • Take a small portion, apply some oil on your palms, start shaping the portion cylindrical.

  • Coat the cylindricalshaped chops in bread crumbs from all the sides.

  • Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.

  • Add prepared chops into the hot oil and deep fry evenly.

  • Remove from oil and serve hot.
