The chicken chop recipe is the simplest chicken recipe. A perfect finger food as party appetizers. A delicious crunchy outside, soft inside dish. A tasty blend of British and Indian style.
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato.
To this, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 3/4th cup boiled shredded chicken, and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.
Mash everything together and add the remaining spices, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder, and 1/8th tsp red chilly powder
Mix and mash again.
Take a small portion, apply some oil on your palms, start shaping the portion cylindrical.
Coat the cylindricalshaped chops in bread crumbs from all the sides.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
Add prepared chops into the hot oil and deep fry evenly.
Remove from oil and serve hot.
