For Chettinad Powder
- Step 1 Roast 2 red chili, 4 black pepper corn, 1 tsp dhania seeds together and grind into a fine powder.
- Step 2 Also make a paste by grinding 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut and keep aside.

For Gravy
- Step 1 Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/3 cup chopped onion, coconut paste,1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt, chettinad powder and saute well.
- Step 3 Then add 1/4 tsp haldi, 100g chopped chicken and saute well.
- Step 4 Add water as required, cover and cook till chicken is done.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
