- Step 1
For Chettinad Powder
Roast 2 red chili, 4 black pepper corn, 1 tsp dhania seeds together and grind into a fine powder.
- Step 2
Also make a paste by grinding 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut and keep aside.
- Step 3
For Gravy
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/3 cup chopped onion, coconut paste,1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp salt, chettinad powder and saute well.
- Step 5
Then add 1/4 tsp haldi, 100g chopped chicken and saute well.
- Step 6
Add water as required, cover and cook till chicken is done.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
