1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Tsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Cheese
1/2 Number(12.0 gm) Egg Yolk
1/8 Tsp(0.53 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Minced Cup(33.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
2 Number(3.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Ginger
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
  • For Mince Chicken

    In a grinder add 1/8 cup chicken mince,1 tbsp chopped spring onion,1/2 tbsp chopped ginger,2 no.garlic and grind in a smooth paste.

  • For Balls

    In a bowl add the ground paste,1 tbsp cheese,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chilly flakes,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp sugar,1/2 no.egg yolk and mix well all ingredients.

  • Take a small portion and make a small ball.

  • Dip in whisk egg and coat in bread crumbs nicely.

  • In a kadai heat oil and deep fry the balls till golden in color.

  • Serve hot.
