Chicken Char Siu Bao is a tasty, delicious Chinese recipe and is loaded with Protein, Fiber.

In a mixing bowl add 1/3rd cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/3rd tsp yeast,1/8th number egg,1/8th number egg yolk,1/8th tsp salt,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, prepared flour Nestlé A+ Milk batter and knead into the dough.
Cover the dough with lid or cloth and rest them for 30 minutes.
For Chicken Stuffing
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil add 1/8th cup chopped onion and saute it till light brown in color.
Add into the 1/8th cup minced chicken,1/4th brown sugar,1 tsp soya sauce,1/8th tsp rice vinegar,1 tsp cayenne pepper,1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.
Add into the 1 tbsp spring onion, cornflour slurry , mix and cook it well.
Take a kneaded dough and divide the dough in a small equal portion.
Add chicken stuffing in each portion and seal it.
Place on a baking tray and brush 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk.
Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and serve.
