The chicken burnt garlic fried rice is a quick, easy, fuss-free recipe packed with the flavour of burnt garlic with chicken, making it an incredibly delectable dish.
Per Serving: 1 Medium Bowl - 115.0 gm
In a kadhai heat 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic. and saute well till it turns aromatic.
Add 2 tsp chopped green chilly and saute.
Add 3 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot. Add 1/2 cup shredded chicken and saute again.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce and mix.
Add white sesame seeds (nutritional twist).
Add 1/4th tsp pepper and mix well. Add cooked rice. Add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion.
Mix well and serve hot.
