1/2 Shredded Cup(70.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
2.0 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Basmati Rice
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) French Beans
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(23.0 gm) Carrot
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Soya Sauce
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai heat 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic. and saute well till it turns aromatic.

  • Add 2 tsp chopped green chilly and saute.

  • Add 3 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot. Add 1/2 cup shredded chicken and saute again.

  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce and mix.

  • Add white sesame seeds (nutritional twist).

  • Add 1/4th tsp pepper and mix well. Add cooked rice. Add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
