2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Soya Sauce

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper

  • In a kadhai heat 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic. and saute well till it turns aromatic.

  • Add 2 tsp chopped green chilly and saute.

  • Add 3 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot. Add 1/2 cup shredded chicken and saute again.

  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce and mix.

  • Add white sesame seeds (nutritional twist).

  • Add 1/4th tsp pepper and mix well. Add cooked rice. Add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
