For tikki
Add 1/2 cup boiled diced potato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, boiled shredded chicken, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and mash well.
Make into tikki shape, and shallow fry these tikkis.
Apply 2 tsp mayonnaise on bun slices, add 1 no. of lettuce on 1 no. of onion slice, 1 no.of tikkis, 2 no. of tomato slices and cover with another slice.
