- Step 1
Cut 60g chicken in a long strips.
- Step 2
Puree 1 tbsp chopped onion with little water.
- Step 3
In a bowl add prepared onion puree,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp cumin powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp brown sugar,1/4 tsp peanut butter,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp chopped lemongrass, chicken strips and mix it well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a griller pan.
- Step 6
Insert marinated chicken strips,4 florets broccoli into skewers alternately.
- Step 7
Grill it in the heated oil and let it cook well.
- Step 8
Serve hot with noodles/rice or as it is as a snack.
