For Biryani
- Step 1 In a thick bottom vessel, heat 2 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2 Saute whole spices, 2 green elaichi, 3 cloves, and 1 tsp chopped green chilli.
- Step 3 Then fry 1/4 cup julienne onion evenly stirring often until they are light brown.
- Step 4 So when the onion starts to get brown in color, add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp
- Step 5 Nestlé A+ Curd and saute.
- Step 6 When Nestlé A+ Curd's water dries add all your spices, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic
- Step 7 paste,1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 8 Now. add 1/4 tsp haldi, 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 50 gm chicken pieces to this
- Step 9 mixture.
- Step 10 Mix well and coat the chicken well in masalas.
- Step 11 Cover and allow the chicken to cook in its own water.
- Step 12 Once the chicken is well cooked, add a layer of cooked rice on top of the masala.
- Step 13 Add kesar Nestlé A+ Milk, 7 cashewnuts, 1 tbsp chopped pudina.
- Step 14 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 15 Finally, add 1/2 tbsp ghee and cover the lid, turn the flame to low medium and let the rice
- Step 16 cook for about 5 minutes.
- Step 17 Once done, put it off and let the biryani stay covered for some time.

For Raita
- Step 1 Take 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd mixed with 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder.
- Step 3 Mix well and serve with your favourite biryani.
