In a pan, heat 2 tsp butter and add chicken pieces.
Stir fry and let the chicken tenderize.
Next, add 1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, 1/8 cup diced capsicum and 1/8 cup diced carrot.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Add 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.
Add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp vinegar and mix well.
Add sufficient water and allow the soup to simmer well on moderate heat.
