Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe

50 Gm(50.0 gm) Chicken, Breast
1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Carrot (Diced)
1/8 Cup(16.0 gm) Red Capsicum (Diced)
1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum (Diced)
1/8 Cup(14.0 gm) Capsicum (Diced)
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Vinegar
1 Tsp(6.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Tsp(0.63 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp butter and add chicken pieces.

  • Stir fry and let the chicken tenderize.

  • Next, add 1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, 1/8 cup diced capsicum and 1/8 cup diced carrot.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp vinegar and mix well.

  • Add sufficient water and allow the soup to simmer well on moderate heat.

  • Serve hot.
