In a pan, heat 2 tsp butter and add chicken.
Stir fry and let the chicken tenderize.
Next, add 1/8th cup of diced yellow, red and green capsicum, and carrot.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Add 1/4th tsp each of salt, and black pepper powder.
Add 1 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, and 1 tsp vinegar and mix well.
Add sufficient water and allow the soup to simmer well on moderate heat.
