Boil 3/4 Cup Shredded Chicken until soft.

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 3/4 cup boiled shredded chicken, and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.

Mix everything and mash well.
- Step 4
Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them into tikki.
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan, add 1 tbsp oil, place the cutlets and shallow fry until crispy and golden brown from both sides.

Serve with your favourite accompaniment.
