Chicken Aloo Cutlet Recipe

Made with chicken, all-purpose flour, all-purpose flour, potato, and a melange of spices; this quick snack recipe can be served with green chutney or chilli sauce. For Frying(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup boiled chopped potato to this, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 3/4th cup boiled shredded chicken, and 2 tbsp bread crumbs.

  • Mix and mash everything together, take a small portion and shape them into tikki.

  • To fry these tikkis heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil in it.

  • Shallow fry the cutlets evenly from both sides and serve with your favourite chutney.
