Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a thick pan, to that heated oil, add 1/4 cup chopped onion.
- Step 2
Saute the onions, once it turns translucent add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
- Step 3
Now, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp haldi and saute well.
- Step 4
Add 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp khas khas paste and 1 tsp cashew nut paste.
- Step 5
Mix all the masalas well and roast till it oil starts oozing from the masala.
- Step 6
Now, add 100g chicken pieces and saute well
- Step 7
Add water to adjust consistency, cover the vessel and allow the chicken to cook.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 9
Garnish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan!
