  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

  • To this mixture, add 75 gm chicken pieces, 1/2 egg beaten and mix again.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp salt, mix and keep aside to marinate.

  • In another mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour and mix well.

  • Coat the marinated chicken with the mixed flour and keep aside.

  • Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying.

  • When the oil is heated, add the coasted chicken and fry till golden brown.

  • Take a fresh pan and heat 1/2 tbsp oil, 1/4thtsp jeera, 4 kadi pattas, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.

  • Add the fried chicken pieces and saute well.

  • Serve hot.
