Chia Popsicles are a frozen dessert flavourful with chia seeds and coconut Nestlé A+ Milk that is very delicious to taste. These popsicles are rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, antioxidants. Fiber , Vitamins and are sure hit with all kids.

4 Tbsp(80.0 gm) Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp(33.0 gm) Chia Seeds
1 Cup(142.0 ml) Coconut Milk
  • In a blender add 1 cup coconut milk,3 tbsp chia seeds,4 tbsp maple syrup, and blend it well.

  • Pour blended mixture into the popsicles mold then cover the top and place in refrigerator overnight.

  • Take warm water dip popsicles old and unmold them.

  • Serve
