- Step 1 Separate 2 eggs into egg yolk and egg white. Set aside.
- Step 2 Grease the tins/cups with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp sugar powder.
- Step 3 Set aside and preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Step 4 Put 1/2 cup cherries in a blender and make a puree, transfer to a bowl.
- Step 5 Add egg yolks, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp sugar and whisk well.
- Step 6 In another bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar to egg whites and whip up egg whites until stiff. Gently fold this into the cherry puree.
- Step 7 Pour into tins or cups and set on a baking sheet.
- Step 8 Bake for 1520 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Step 9 Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
