- Step 1
For Cherries
In a mixing bowl add 1.5 cup Cherries,1 tbsp jaggery powder,1/8th tsp grated lemon zest,1/4th tsp corn flour and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Crumble
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup wheat flour,ground almonds,1 tbsp jaggery powder,1/8th tsp baking powder.1/8th tsp cinnamon powder,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp butter and rub with your fingers.
- Step 3
Take baking mold then add into the Cherries mixture , spread crumble mixture.
- Step 4
Bakw at 200 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
