- Step 1 Soak and grind 6 tbsp chickpeas to a smooth paste.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup sugar powder, 4 tbsp oil and whisk well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, chickpeas paste, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup mashed banana, 50g chopped cherries, and 1 tbsp chocolate chips and mix well.
- Step 5 Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix & fold the batter.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding blueberries.
- Step 7 Grease mould with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 8 Pour the batter into the muffin mould.
- Step 9 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 mins.
